Simon, Phil, and the team did an excellent job.  

My Golf bodywork looks as good as new.  Communication was great, the work was done on time, the customer service was excellent and my car was valeted too.  I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this garage for getting bodywork done professionally.  They are "old school" and I mean that as a compliment.

Ensure my Audi was repaired to a very high standard, and did so in a very timely manner. I was amazed at what such a brilliant job they had done on my car after being let down by other garages in the past! There is no evidence of damage whatsoever now. Their customer service was amazing - super friendly staff that makes you feel so at ease. Especially want to thank Phil for explaining in detail what my car needed, and getting everything sorted so quickly. And a huge thank you to Simon for reaching out. The regular updates from the garage really make you feel at ease knowing your car is being looked after ! Their prices are very reasonable and worth the money, and I was super happy to see my car had been cleaned for me too on collection. I really cannot fault this garage at all, they have such a lovely atmosphere at the garage, and everyone is so friendly.

I was a bit nervous looking for a body shop for my 50-year-old car but I couldn't have picked a better company. Phil and Simon and the guys understand older cars and have done a fantastic job. Hounslow Coachworks stood out for me with all the great reviews.

I accidentally dented and scratched my car in November and having done some online research, Simon the owner has been amazing. He was prompted with his response to my calls and WhatsApp messages throughout the whole experience. I decided to claim against my own insurance and Simon guided me through the process which was an unknown territory to me. The insurance company approved the estimated repair cost submitted by Simon and it was a huge relieve all due to his breadth of experience in handling the process in the correct manner. This had avoided a potential write off which is often the case with aged cars (mine is a 15-year-old car but still in great driving condition).
As you can see from the photo, Simon and his team have done a sterling job with the repair and my car looked brand new again! I have neglected my car over the years so had some wear and tear that Simon was only too happy to take care of for me for a reasonable charge that mainly covered the cost of materials.
Overall, Simon had the customer’s best interest at heart and was genuine and friendly. I would 100% recommend Hounslow Coachworks for car bodywork repair, MOT, or car service.

After it was damaged by another driver hitting it while it was parked. My car was returned quickly and efficiently, looking as good as new.  Thanks guys for taking the pain out of what was a stressful situation, much appreciated – Phil and Simon are a very safe pair of hands.

I had some scratches on the passenger side of my car. Simon did an excellent job for a really good price. My car was picked up and returned and they kept me in the loop throughout the repairs. Would definitely recommend it.
